At NullPointer Club, we ship quality, but even the best code has bugs.

We've got you covered if:

  • Your order shipped with the wrong item (our bad, not a feature)
  • Your tee arrived damaged or defective (that's a critical bug, and we'll patch it)

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, think of it as your bug report window. After that, the ticket closes.

To open a ticket, contact us at support@nullpointerclub.shop with your order number and a quick description of the issue. No lengthy stack traces required, just the basics.

For best long-term results, follow the care instructions included with your order. A shirt that survives your spin cycle is a shirt that doesn't need a refund.
